- Forms are due by no later than June 14, 2009.
- Forms will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
- Registration deposit of $100 must be paid by May 31st, 2009 to honor the discounted rate.
- FULL and FINAL payment MUST be received by June 14th, 2009.
- Please make checks payable to “THE AMERICAN DIOCESE.” Please write “Family Conference” on memo line.
